Olga Ulemnova – Leading Researcher of the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts of the Institute of Language, Literature and Art named after G. Ibragimov, PhD in Art History, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan (2019).

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Kazan State University, postgraduate studies in the specialty «Fine, decorative and applied arts and architecture».

Olga worked at the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan, holding the following positions: researcher, graphics curator, scientific secretary, deputy director for scientific work.

· the Association of Art Critics (since 2001);
· the informal creative association "Grafkom" (since 2011);
· the Creative Union of Artists of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan (since 2015);
· the Academic Council of Institute of Language, Literature and Art named after G.Ibragimov of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences,
· the Artistic and Expert Council of Tatarstan Ministry of Culture,
· the Expert Fund and Purchasing Commission of Tatarstan State Museum of Fine Arts.
